The rooms were elegantly designed, combining modern comfort with traditional Balinese charm – everything was meticulously clean and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a paradise retreat. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Their warmth and attentiveness made us feel incredibly welcome and special throughout our stay. Yuni (the wedding planner) took care of every wedding detail with flawless precision, turning our vision into a reality that surpassed our expectations. The location of Jannata Resort is perfect. Our house was very close to the forrest and the feeling we had, especially in the morning, was just amazing. In the room everything was absolutely clean and well equiped. We could find there anything we needed. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the plates looked like little artworks. The swimming pool was great, but unfortunatelly we tried it just twice, because our daily schedule was very busy. We hope next time we'll spend some more days enjoying the swimming pool and the view we could have while swimming. But above all, the people we met there remained in our hearts. The staff was very friendly and allways smiling and they did everything to make us feel confortable. In just three days spent there we lived a lot of beautiful moments, received good energy, made many unforgetable memories. And we learned that we can find friendship anywhere in this world, despite the fact that we live in different countries or on different continents, we speak different languages or have different religions. The resort and room was absolutely perfect - granted many stairs to get to it, but that's part of what made it feel like our own private villa in the jungle. It was very clean and spacious, the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the view from the terrace was beautiful. My only note would be to have a bit of heat in the private pool because it was COLD, and we would have spent much more time in it if it was a bit warmer - but it was very *refreshing* for a quick plunge after a morning walk/workout. The grounds were beautifully taken care of and provided stunning jungle views left and right. The service was also always responsive and very warm and friendly.
